Service Description
Vidcipe is an AI-powered platform that extracts, structures, and presents recipe information from cooking videos published on third-party platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. We do not host, own, or control any third-party video content.
Our Service provides:
- Automated recipe extraction from public video URLs
- Structured ingredient lists and step-by-step instructions
- Personal recipe library storage and organisation
- Recipe sharing and export functionality
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
User Accounts
To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and access credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account
You may not create more than one account per person, share your account with others, or transfer your account to another individual without our written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:
Using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to access the Service without permission
Attempting to bypass subscription tier restrictions or rate limits
Copying, reselling, or redistributing extracted recipes for commercial gain
Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others
Intellectual Property
All software, design, trademarks, and original content on the Vidcipe platform — including the brand name, logo, AI models, and user interface — are the exclusive property of Vidcipe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you personally create or upload. By using our Service, you grant Vidcipe a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Recipes extracted by the AI are derived from third-party video creators. We make no claim to ownership of their underlying creative work.
Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the Service are available only through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle.

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.
Disclaimers & Limitations
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vidcipe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- You may request an export of your saved recipes within 30 days
- Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings page.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
